This elegant sanctuary for connoisseurs and art lovers recently released a new lunch menu with more health conscious selections to once again present to their guests a whole new level of lunch experience. Dining at MÉTIS is always a pleasure, a treat for the senses with a unique ambience that combines the beauty of art and nature, artistry of fine food and drink, and pleasure of jovial company.

 

 

With the new menu, diners will be able to sample Executive Chef Dove Sudarsana’s passion, imagination and creativity through the strong presence of meticulous cuisines such as the Broccoli & Chickpeas Salad, a delightful starter with Baked Capsicum, Shallot, Fresh Herbs Salad, Crispy Garlic and Lime Dressing for a touch of zest. The Grilled Marinated Slow Cooked Duck Leg is as delicious as it sounds; soaked in the freshest herbs and ingredients, the tender and aromatic meat is bursting with flavour. Accompanied by Garlic Roasted Potatoes & Capsicum, a touch of Mustard Sauce gives you a slightly sweet to spicy meal.  Another recommendation is the B.T.S - Black Truffle Ham & Cheese Sandwich; expect a nutty and somewhat woody flavour with a slight mushroom taste. Beautifully presented, the dish comes with hand-cut French Fries and Crunchy Vegetables that complements the centerpiece of your meal. All newcomers on the menu are nicely showcased in such an adventurous way, entertaining the guests both visually and tastefully. As the latest creation of MÉTIS, the new menu is believed to be one of Bali's favorites.

 

          

 

MÉTIS Restaurant is open from Monday to Saturdays for lunch and dinner and from 4pm for High Tea and then dinner from 6pm on Sundays.
