Ayodya Bali Appoints Executive Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef

The Ayodya Resort Bali has announced two key appointments to its culinary team in support its 7 restaurants and bars at the 537-room property within the Indonesian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) at Nusa Dua. Balinese Ni Luh Sutini is the new Executive Sous Chef at Ayodya Resort Bali and Davin Indrawan is the new Junior Sous Chef. After completing her professional kitchen training in 1995, Sutini has worked in a number of leading hotels, villas and restaurants in both Bali and Lombok and energetic Davin Indrawan is a graduate of a three-year diploma program in hospitality management and culinary arts from the Swiss College of Hospitality Management Lenk (SHML). located on 11.5 hectares of landscaped gardens surrounded by beautiful lagoon pools, Ayodya Resort Bali was designed as a Balinese water palace, with 537-room resort built to resemble the residence of King Rama and Queen Shinta from the fabled Ramayana epic.
