Chef Davin Indrawan
The man in charge of The Ayodya’s Mediterranean-style Octopus Restaurant, Davin is a graduate in culinary arts from the Swiss College of Hospitality Management, followed by professional assignments in Switzerland at the 16 Art Bar Restaurant in Saanen and the Wasserngrat in Gstaad and in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

A valued member of the Indonesian Chef Association, Davin’s linguistic and culinary fluency encompasses English, Spanish and French – all put to good use working in the professional kitchen of the Octopus Restaurant.

The Chef Rôtisseur at the Restaurant La Bagatelle in the fabled Hotel Le Grand Chalet, Gstadd, has received repeated recognition as one of Europe’s best restaurants of Berner Oberland and has consistently earned “two toques” in the Gault & Millau Guide with 16/20 points.
