Taking place every Friday, Friyeay Satay nights is a great opportunity to feast on a very popular Indonesian favourite - various types of Satays including diced or sliced chicken, beef, fish and other meats with their own uniquely made sauces. Satay is a popular Indonesian and Southeast Asian dish consisting of small pieces of meat grilled on a skewer over wood or charcoal fire and served with a spiced sauce that typically contains peanuts. The beauty of this dish is that it can be found almost everywhere; in restaurants, hotels, markets even freshly grilled on coals on street corners by travelling street vendors.
