Hilton hotels across Indonesia are launching a yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion beginning October 2017 through to September 2018. Each month, chefs from all Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce.

Throughout October, Hilton Bali Resort's beachfront restaurant, The Breeze, is dedicated to serving the freshest possible local Tuna for lunch and dinner via its “Tuna of the Day” special menu. This will allow you to experience differently prepared dishes daily featuring high-quality fresh Tuna from nearby waters combined with other ingredients to enhance harmonious flavours. Other highlights from the #EatDrinkHilton new menu are also available.

The #EatDrinkHilton experience at Hilton Bali Resort has brought a new level of innovation using sustainable, locally sourced ingredients that promises a gastronomic journey to satisfy taste buds and please the eyes at the same time.
