Haru Set Menu At Shiki Japanese Restaurant
Get in the mood for spring with “Haru” set menu prepared by Chef Goda Katsumi. Haru, means spring in Japanese, is a special set menu featuring a Chirashi Sushi bowl with fresh cuts of Salmon and avocado over a bed of Japanese premium sushi rice. The set menu also comes with an array of appetizer: Chinese Cabbage Beef Roll, Deep-fried Tofu and Squid with vinegared bean paste. There’s also Salmon, Yellow-fin Tuna and Snapper Sashimi on ice, a bowl of warm Miso Soup to accompany the main dish as well as seasonal sliced fruits as the dessert. Priced at IDR 350,000 nett, the Haru set menu is available for lunch and dinner until end April 2017. Shiki Japanese Restaurant at Hilton Bali Resort is inspired by the four-seasons in Japan. The unique concept of this seasonality is strongly reflected in the creation of the resort’s Japanese Chef Goda Katsumi, who brings the specialty of each season into every dining experience.
