Hilton hotels in Indonesia continue the yearlong “#EatDrinkHilton” F&B promotion which was launched in October 2017, through September 2018. Each month, chefs from across the restaurants in the Hilton hotels in Jakarta, Bali, and Bandung will create locally inspired culinary innovations featuring a select seasonal produce.

Kicking off the second quarter of 2018, Hilton Indonesia presents the sustainable and locally sourced mackerel in collaboration with local purveyors, as the special ingredient of the month. Known for its nutritional benefits and the rich source of omega-3 fatty acids with its rich and distinctive flavour, this oily fish is transformed into an array of scrumptious creations.

Here in Bali, Hilton Bali Resort serves Beetmac at Delicatessen as well as Maccaulipom at The Shore Restaurant & Bar. Conrad Bali presents Saikyo Saba Mackerel and Traditional Mackerel Kaizeki at Rin Restaurant. Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport features South Sumateran Fish Cake with Tamarind Vinegar Sauce at The Garden Grille Restaurant.
