SenS Hotel & Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hui Chung Piu as the new specialty Chinese Chef overseeing and ensuring that high standards are achieved in the kitchen operations of this iconic hotel. Bring more than 41 years of International experience to his role, having worked with some of the several reputable hotels in Indonesia like the Hyatt Bumi Hotel Surabaya, Westin Hotel Surabaya, Nikko Hotel Jakarta and some restaurants in Hong Kong. Chef A Chung will bring new culinary ideas by incorporating Asian influences and local ingredients in the hotel’s European food concept. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef A Chung management’s signature is to constantly motivate his team by collaboration and communication.
