Executive Chef Jovan Koraag, Mixologist Ayip and Marketing Advisor and Sommelier Nicolas Lento are new additions at the Frestro & Bar Seminyak. Having spent a good half of his educational and also his early work experiences in the kitchens of Singapore, Jovan Koraag brings a lot more to the table than your average Executive Chef; Ayip Dzuhri is a talented and hardworking individual and one of the nation's hottest mixologists on the come-up; and Frenchman Nicolas Lento started out in the restaurant business right in the heart of Paris before heading his way to South East Asia and to Bali.
