In honour of Batik Day (Hari Batik Nasional), Ayodya Resort Bali presents the 3rd Ayodya Batik Festival – a three-day event that aims to capture the national and traditional spirit of Batik Day. This year’s theme is “Culture Goes Global”. The festival is expected to assist with the growth and development of Indonesia’s Batik industry and inspire traditional entrepreneurs and fashion designers while increasing public interests in local products, especially batik, which is a unique heritage. The Batik Festival 2018 will take place at the Bale Banjar and Ayodya Resort Bali Grand Ballroom. This three day event will feature fashion shows from various renowned Indonesian fashion designers including Mila Clothing, Jero Puspa, Riesna Dewi, dinner parties, KCBI evenings, batik exhibitions, batik making, weaving, embroidery, jewelry making and textiles and fashion workshops as well as appearances by Gus Teja, Don Biu, Diana Rosa & The Comrades of Cool. www.ayodyaresortbali.com
