In keeping up with growing demands for delicious Japanese cuisine and in line with its plans to keep expanding, Ryoshi has introduced new items in its menu and these are the Ahi Poke Salad and Ahi Poke Bowl. These two new brands in salad category promises to be healthy and delicious. The Ahi Poke Salad features the Ahi, which means raw tuna or raw salmon in Japanese, sliced into large chunks and served atop a bed of fresh green salad with avocado, tomatoes, fish eggs, cucumbers, seaweed, sesame and Japanese dressing.

Try the Ahi Poke Bowl for a more filling meal - the same mouthwatering ingredients come together to give you a tantalizing meal with the addition of some red Japanese rice. The brand is also proud to announce that it is now using only Grass Fed Beef for its Teppan Steak, Garlic Soy Steak, Teriyaki and Sukiyaki selections. Beef from Grass Fed cows contain less overall fat, more Omega-3s and other good fats for the body.
