Traditional Balinese Performances at Manisan Bali

Manisan Bali presents enthralling Legong Dance performances for your viewing pleasure every Sunday night and a Barong and Keris Night every Tuesday. There's nothing quite like a delectable meal featuring flavours from across the archipelago as you dine amidst verdant rice fields accompanied by live Balinese Gamelan music. Housed within a beautiful reclaimed Joglo that’s been restored to its former glory, the menu at Manisan features time-honored recipes from across the Indonesian archipelago and offer what its owners refer to as “culinary theatre” in its traditional food preparation and impromptu cooking surprises. Expect an eclectic mix of mainstream food traditions from places such as Minangkabau and Bandung, as well as specialties native to cities like Pontianak and Ambon. Show starts at 7.30pm and a four-course Indonesian menu is served. For more information and reservations, please email experience@manisanbali.com. Jl.
