Whether you are a sushi lover, or a vegetarian – or simply curious to try something new in the world of food – you must head on down to Sushi Tei to try their new vegetarian menu…

Their new menu includes 8 new delicious and healthy items: the Kinoko Salad, Konnyaku Roll, Vegetarian Miso Soup, Yasai Itame Roll, Konnyaku Tempura, Hitokuchi Tofu Katsu, Konnyaku Steak, and Miso Yakiudon. All ingredients are sourced directly from Japan, so you can be certain that the food you are getting is as authentic and tasty as you can get. This menu is not fully vegetarian because its have onion powder inside.

If you couldn’t imagine a meal without any meat at all, you’ll have to at least try something from the menu created with the specialty ingredient in a number of the dishes, the herbal tuber konnyaku, which is commonly used by vegetarians as a complementary form of gelatin. Konnyaku has many benefits such as regulating high blood pressure, cholesterol, atherosclerosis, diabetes, hypoglycemia, digestive problems, obesity, diverticular disease, pancreas, reducing stress.

To get all these health benefits in a yummy meal, try the favorite Konnyaku fried with tempura, mixed with carrot, potatoes, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce - or the Konnyaku rolls with konnyaku fried with cashew, avocado, teriyaki sauce – a perfect combination that keeps winning over customers’ hearts.

So don’t wait any longer. You can try it all in all Sushi Tei outlets…
