Wagyu and Truffles; Premium Menu at Sushi Tei Bali

Japanese food lovers and fans of Sushi Tei Bali can now rejoice because everyone’s favourite Japanese restaurant here in Bali is delighted to announce the return of its Premium Menu! Once a year, for a limited time only, Sushi Tei Bali offers a uniquely designed menu that is based on seasonal produce, using only the best, most premium and highest quality ingredients. This year’s premium seasonal menu is named Tensho, meaning “reinvented”.

With the Premium Menu, Sushi Tei Kuta Bali invites you to indulge and treat yourself with a meal that is definitely out of the ordinary. Tensho has been available in other major cities around the globe since December 2017 but made in debut in Bali end at the end of January 2018. To start with, Executive Chef Takeshi at Sushi Tei Bali recommends the Uni Wagyu Maki, a beautiful symphony of Wagyu Beef, Sea Urchin and Tuna Belly Rushi Roll and the Salmon Sushi Mix with Flying Fish Roes, Foie Gras, Truffle, Salmon Roe, Sea Urchin and Marinated Seaweed. These two special dishes are priced at only IDR 250,000 and IDR 150,000 respectively at 6 pieces each. There are a few selections in the new Premium Menu that were specially created for Sushi Tei lovers here in Bali and these include the Wagyu Yakimeshi - Wagyu Beef Fried Rice at IDR 95,000; and the Wagyu Kinoko Roll -  Wagyu Beef and Mushroom Sushi Roll at IDR 105,000. Other must-tries made to suit local tastebuds for everything spicy include the spicy Lobster Salad Roll with Sweet and Sour Jelly Sauce for only IDR 150,000 for 8 pieces; the Uni Truffle Charcoal Soumen, a spicy Sea Urchin and Truffle Charcoal Noodle priced at IDR 180,000 per serving; and the Salmon Bomb Sushi, a Salmon Sushi with Spicy Sauce priced at IDR 60,000 for 3 pieces. The Royal Salad with Beef and Truffle would prove to be the ideal starter - this selection is a fresh medley of baby spinach, fried beef, tomatoes, truffle oil and egg. Another light choice would be the Truffle Edamame, boiled green peas in truffle oil. For those who love to have dessert after your meal, choose from the Japanese sandwiched ice cream; Dark Choco Monaka and Yogurt Monaka.
