The sweets like Kuweh Ku, Nastar, and Hunkwe Mutiara. The iconic menu will be served on Festival Kuweh Peranakan from the 20th of January – 5th of February 2023 and will remind you of your home-marked taste. Peranakan food is the dishes influenced by Chinese, Indonesian, Arabic, and Indian cultures. It is rich in spices, and local ingredients like coconut or pineapple.
These afternoon tea dishes will be accompanied by selected tea traditions such as Oolong Tea, Hibiscus Tea, and Chrysanthemum tea. Chinese culture believes drinking tea will bring benefits to your health. On this festival, our mixologist has created two signature cocktails to complete your togetherness with your loved ones for this Chinese New Year: The Angpao and Golden Rabbit. The Angpao is a cocktail in red color,sweet-sour balanced with herbs and a creamy touch while Golden Rabbit is golden color bubbly, sweet-sour taste with the berries caviar.
