Super Steak Lounge was founded in Bali in 2022 by chef and owner Windu Mashud. Windu Mashud had previously started a steakhouse under the same name in Jakarta starting in 2011, Super Steak. Windu has been successful in creating a steakhouse branch with a new conception in Bali, called Super Steak Lounge, following a lengthy business journey in the culinary industry and obtaining several positive comments.
The quality of the meat served at Super Steak Lounge, which uses Windu’s secret ingredients, cannot be questioned. There is a platters menu offering Porter House, T-Bone, Bone-In Sirloin, Tomahawk Wagyu, and Yamagata Wagyu meats. Moreover, there are ala carte menus offering Black Angus Sirloin or Tenderloin and Super Sirloin or Tenderloin for people who cannot eat meat.
Customers who order meat from the menu can select one of three available seasonings: Asian Delight, Lemon Herbs, or Buttered Garlic/Truffle Buttered Garlic. The meat is also served with a variety of side dishes, including mashed potatoes, potato fries, and sauteed veggies. Other options, including appetizers, are also offered in addition to the main course. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also offered as options for refreshments.
This steakhouse, which is already open in Seminyak, will provide visitors and locals of Bali a fresh ambiance with the concept of a lounge and a 2-floors building with four different areas. The lounge area and rooftop bar of Super Steak Lounge will host a lot of internal events in the future.
