Priced at IDR 350,000 per person.
On 7 May, Chef Vindex Tengker will exclusively guide you in learning new skills of cooking Simple Ketupat Lebaran complete with Tumis Udang Kentang, Sayur Pepaya Muda and condiments of Sambal Terasi and Shrimp Crackers that you can easily make at home to make Eid Al Fitr celebration with your family even more special yet memorable. The cooking class is priced at IDR 350,000 per person.
A special offer for those of you who are not fasting and still want to enjoy a once in a lifetime dining experience by the renowned Chef Vindex Tengker by the beachfront. He has perfected his skills throughout the years working in various cities around the world, like Mallorca, Spain and Los Angeles, making him one of the top leading chefs in Indonesia and an expert in palate-pleasing cuisines.
Having prior experience as the Vice President of Inflight Service at Indonesia’s top airline, Garuda Indonesia, from 2015 to 2019 and currently holding a position as Food & Beverage Consultant for Indonesian Food at one of the most prestigious hotels in Jakarta, Chef Vindex Tengker is a master of flavours and a true expert in elevating simple meals to a luxurious experience.
